F. Schumacher & Co is seeking a highly analytical Manager of Strategic Finance to partner with the CFO and leadership. This role emphasizes forward-looking analysis, capital allocation, and long-term value creation beyond traditional FP&A.

You will bridge financial data with operations, build a robust 3–5 year model, evaluate new markets, pricing, and potential acquisitions, and act as a financial advisor to department heads in a fast-growing, design-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics; MBA is a plus.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in IB, management consulting, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth company.
• Strong modeling and data analysis skills; proficiency with ERP and BI tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executives.

Responsabilités

• Own and refine the 3–5 year corporate financial model aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed strategic initiatives (e.g., new product launches, geographic expansion, capex).
• Create dynamic scenario analyses to stress-test financial assumptions.
• Conduct deep-dive unit economics analyses (LTV/CAC, gross margin, churn) to identify profitability opportunities.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to optimize pricing models and revenue structures.
• Synthesize financial data into concise board-ready narratives and support inorganic growth assessments.
• Provide cross-functional financial leadership to help department heads understand financial implications.
