Job summary

Cactus, based in Tbilisi, Georgia, seeks a Finance Business Manager to oversee financial health, reporting, and contract management across entities in Georgia, Spain, and Belgium. You will liaise with Directors and HR, drive process improvements, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial administration across Georgia, Spain, and Belgium, coordinating with local accounting firms and banks.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Support and coordinate the yearly budget and periodic forecasts.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports and KPIs to directors and management.
• Advise management on strategic initiatives based on financial analysis.
