Job summary

BestDrive, a subsidiary of Continental, seeks a strategic Finance Manager to lead finance, accounting, pricing, procurement, and investment controlling for North America. This role partners with executive leadership to drive performance, strengthen controls, and provide insights to support growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee month-end close, budgeting, intercompany accounting, and P2P, while developing KPIs and Power BI dashboards for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting, finance, or controlling experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with GAAP, IFRS, intercompany accounting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A.
• Intermediate Power BI experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Develop financial reporting, KPIs, and Power BI dashboards to support business decisions.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with leadership on capital investment planning, business cases, and financial analysis.
• Develop pricing strategies that support growth while maximizing profitability.
• Lead procurement activities, supplier strategies, and purchasing governance.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
• Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
