Job summary

CDS Logistics Management Inc. is seeking a Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager to translate financial data into actionable insights that guide pricing, operations, and capital allocation across markets and initiatives.

You will partner with the CFO and operations leaders, own budgeting and forecasting cycles, and build financial models to support strategic decisions while improving reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 7+ years in accounting/FP&A or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI tools (Power BI).
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and ops leaders to improve pricing, operations, and investments.
• Lead budgeting process and forecasting cycles.
• Develop scenarios and investment analyses (NPV, IRR, ROI).
• Prepare monthly financial performance packages for board and execs.
• Maintain reporting metrics and ensure GAAP-compliant close.
