Takanock is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance based in Fulton, MD (Hybrid). This role leads financial modeling, analyzes energy infrastructure investments, and collaborates with Finance, Development, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations to support growth in data center and power projects.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel modeling, project finance knowledge, and the ability to bridge finance and operations, with a background in energy infrastructure or data centers preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7+ years in project/infrastructure finance or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to technical and executive audiences.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Takanock's financial modeling process and respond to modeling requests.
• Build and maintain sophisticated project finance models for development opportunities and ROI.
• Analyze hyperscale data center energy demand, power requirements, and customer economics.
• Evaluate project economics including IRR, NPV, capex, opex, and sensitivity analyses.
