MUSC Health in South Carolina is seeking a Business Manager II who provides financial oversight for Supply Chain and Revenue Cycle, coordinating with system leaders, preparing budgets, and monitoring intercompany activities.

You will work with the Senior Director of Finance, develop annual budgets, track FTE movements, and lead month-end close, creating journals, accruals, and monthly reports for executive review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive financial experience with 2+ years in management.
• Experience with budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual operating budgets and coordinate with leaders across markets.
• Review monthly financial performance and produce EIBs, journal entries, and accruals.
• Analyze vendor spend, monitor FTE movements, and present financials to leadership.
• Support variance analysis and corrective actions for budget projections.
