Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with accounting coursework and five years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory filings.
• Strong communication, analytic, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees long-term financial planning, annual budgets, forecasting, and monthly financial/operational reporting.
• Performs financial analysis and provides recommendations to support leadership decisions.
• Manages contracts, intercompany transactions, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinates with Workday/OurDay and Adaptive Budget for budgeting and reporting.
• Supports payroll and personnel-related financial processes and collaborates with MUSC offices and state offices on reporting.
