Responsibilities

• 50% - Utilize Our Day system to input and process expense reports for timely reimbursement and monitor status.
• 25% - Prepare and create supplier invoices with proper documentation for timely processing and reporting.
• 15% - Maintain costing allocations for staff and faculty, aligning salary distributions with funding sources.
• 10% - Complete procurement purchases and orders through the punch-out process, ensuring compliance and documentation.
