Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is partnering with a high-growth organization to appoint a Vice President of Finance. This executive role partners with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across a multi-entity entity.

You will oversee financial reporting, treasury, lender compliance, cash flow management, and executive reporting while serving as a trusted business partner to the executive team. This is a highly visible, broad-impact leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation required; CMA designation or MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, treasury, audit, banking compliance, or corporate finance.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with debt covenant calculations, lender reporting, cash flow reporting, and treasury administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, treasury, banking relationships, lender compliance, and corporate finance activities.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare and oversee executive leadership, Finance Committee, and Board reporting.
