Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the company’s financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning. This senior role partners with CEO and operational leaders to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.

Responsibilities include treasury management, liquidity oversight, risk management, investment oversight, and building a high-performing finance team to support expanding business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and long-range financial plans.
• Partner with executive leadership to align growth strategies with financial objectives and cash flow requirements.
• Develop and evaluate financial models to support business initiatives, expansion opportunities, acquisitions, new product lines, and other strategic investments.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to drive informed business decisions.
• Create actionable plans and recommendations from complex and unstructured business data.
• Collaborate with sales and operational leadership to improve profitability, pricing strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for credit facilities, loan agreements, and banking relationships.
• Negotiate banking terms, fees, financing arrangements, and credit agreements to optimize cost of capital.
• Ensure compliance with all debt covenants, loan reporting requirements, and lender obligations.
• Prepare and oversee compliance certificates and reporting required by financial institutions.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow, working capital, and capital structure.
• Oversee treasury activities, including debt management, investment strategies, and capital allocation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance measurement processes.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators, providing timely and actionable insights to leadership.
• Evaluate revenue streams, customer segments, product lines, industries, and market opportunities.
• Present detailed financial and operational analyses to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop profitability and pricing models to support strategic decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate financial, operational, and business risks.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial governance processes.
• Strengthen payment controls, transaction verification procedures, and financial security measures.
• Monitor significant financial transactions and assess associated risks.
• Oversee insurance programs, including property and casualty coverage and annual renewals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Oversee investment planning and make recommendations regarding capital deployment and investment opportunities.
• Review lease agreements and provide financial analysis prior to execution or renewal.
• Support leadership in evaluating lease opportunities, property acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
• Assist with the financial analysis related to the purchase, sale, or financing of real estate assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Partner closely with accounting leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support organizational scalability through process improvements, systems enhancements, and best practices.
