Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience in CPG, Food Manufacturing, or related retail sectors.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and trade management/planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams for sales finance, including trade management harmonization and sales outlook reporting.
• Serve as the primary finance partner for Small Format sales leads, providing insights and trade spend analysis.
• Own trade spend forecasting, customer ROI tracking, and scenario modeling to hit P&L targets.
• Identify gaps and streamline processes for transparent portfolio reporting.
