Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator seeks a Manager of Sales Finance for a mission-critical, project-based assignment through December 2027. You will harmonize trade management processes, manage the sales outlook, and lead the integration of commercial finance systems across our Small Format business.

This role requires a seasoned, process-driven finance partner who can push back with data, balance a fast-moving sales team with disciplined governance, and deliver reporting, forecasting, and insights to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience in CPG or retail sectors.
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams for sales finance and trade management.
• Partner with Small Format sales leads for visibility and insights.
• Own trade spend forecasting and ROI tracking.
• Standardize processes for transparent reporting across the portfolio.
