Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems (NetSuite, Power BI).
• Experience with M&A activities and due diligence.
• Proven ability to develop robust financial models and strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company's financial planning and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing insightful financial analysis and guidance.
• Oversee M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage communication with PE Firm, ensuring transparency and alignment on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer offerings.
• Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the Board, providing insights and guidance on business performance and opportunities.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including PE and NETSUIT.
