Elwyn, a long-standing nonprofit in Pennsylvania, seeks an Associate Director of Finance to lead financial reporting, compliance, and strategy across overhead and shared services. The role partners with executives, auditors, and regulators to ensure accurate, timely disclosures and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities include consolidating audits, enhancing financial processes, and guiding budgeting, forecasting, and performance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
• Seven years’ experience in accounting/finance with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in education or human services desired.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• ERP and Oracle Cloud Financials experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting for GAAP compliance.
• Lead audits and external reporting with auditors.
• Provide proactive financial analysis and decision support for overhead departments.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Present insights to executive leadership in monthly performance meetings.
