YWCA Tri-County Area in Pottstown, PA, seeks an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial operations, accounting, budgeting, grants management, payroll, and internal controls in support of mission-driven programs. This role oversees the Grants Accountant and partners with senior leadership to ensure sustainability and compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

Experience taking final responsibility for financial data, reporting, and audit coordination.
Strong grants management experience and collaboration with fundraising teams.
Ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

Prepare GAAP-financial statements and reports (AP/AR, payroll, GL).
Oversee grant/contract accounting and cash flow management.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial summaries for leadership and board.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Oversee contracts, vendor management, and internal controls.
