Job summary

Accrue Partners is seeking a strategic Head of Corporate Finance to lead a three-directorate team and oversee enterprise-wide finance across multiple corporate entities. You will own the enterprise planning cycle end-to-end, including governance, templates, and review cadence for annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.

You will consolidate the enterprise plan, translate results across units into a cohesive company-wide view, and build decision-ready reporting for senior leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate planning, commercial finance, or operational finance leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Proven ability to operate at executive level with CFO/CEO and board stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a corporate finance team of three direct reports and own enterprise-wide finance activities across multiple corporate entities.
• Own the enterprise planning cycle end-to-end, including timelines, assumptions, templates, governance, and review cadence.
• Consolidate the enterprise plan and forecast to produce a coherent company-wide view for senior leadership.
• Build decision-ready reporting packages for governance stakeholders and translate trends into risks, opportunities, and actions.
