AmerCable, a market-leading manufacturing business within Mattr’s Connection Technologies segment, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to partner with the President and lead the finance organization across Houston and El Dorado. The role drives profitability, working capital, and decision support while ensuring strong governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to President and leadership team.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly reviews.
• Coach and develop the accounting team across two sites (Houston & El Dorado).
• Improve working capital and drive profitability through analytics and strategic partnering.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
