Job summary

Direct Customer Solutions (DCS) is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to lead all financial planning, reporting, and control processes for the organization. The role partners with the CFO and executive team to drive profitability, scalability, and operational efficiency across warehousing and distribution operations.

The VP of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital investments while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership role.
• Proven experience leading accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting functions.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences 3PL experience with regulatory understanding (FDA, DEA, DSCSA, cGMP/GDP).
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, cost accounting, and multi-state tax.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Support pricing, client profitability analyses, and capital investments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
