Job summary

TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A to act as a strategic partner for cross‑functional teams. You will analyse performance, build financial models, and support planning and forecasting.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and data‑driven insights using Power BI and Excel to influence business decisions. Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential. Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and EPM is a plus; MBA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis or business partnering.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and operations to drive performance improvements.
• Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and profitability assessments.
• Design and track KPIs and dashboards.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Provide market and competitive insights to shape strategy.
• Develop dashboards with Power BI and Excel for real-time insights.
