HavocAI in Providence, RI is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to work across FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, strategy, and business operations.

You will partner with leaders to develop financial plans, build models, analyze performance, and provide insights to support key decisions. The role starts as an individual contributor with potential to lead a team as HavocAI grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, ideally in a fast-paced tech company.
• Advanced financial modeling and business analysis skills.
• Strong finance and accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong data visualization and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams and functions.
• Ability to learn new financial/operational tools quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve HavocAI’s monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop forecasts and models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and capital structure.
• Analyze performance vs. plan and identify drivers of variance with actionable recommendations.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports on financials, metrics, and KPIs.
• Support FP&A systems and processes as the company scales.
• Partner with teams to guide financial decisions on opportunities and investments.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.
