You will drive FP&A, investor relations support, strategy, and business operations, balancing long-term insight with quick-turn executive requests.

The ideal candidate combines strong finance fundamentals with analytical rigor and a bias toward action in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A.
• Advanced financial modeling and business analysis skills.
• Strong finance and accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights.
• Strong data visualization and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve HavocAI’s planning processes (monthly, quarterly, annual, long-range).
• Develop forecasts and financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and capital structure.
• Analyze performance vs plan and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create recurring and ad hoc financial reporting for executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to evaluate investments, strategy, and cost initiatives.
