Protera Health, a virtual physical therapy startup serving patients across multiple states, is seeking a senior financial leader to partner with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy and growth plans.

You will build financial models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for decision-making, analyze payer contracts and reimbursement structures, and own rolling forecasts and budgeting across revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive team to develop and execute financial strategy and growth plans.
• Build financial models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for decision-making.
• Analyze payer contracts, reimbursement structures, and risk arrangements.
• Develop models to evaluate payer agreements and inform negotiation strategy.
• Own rolling forecasts and budgeting across revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Support cash planning, scenario modeling, and MSO/PC financial leadership.
