The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare finance experience, national payer contracting expertise, and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations, while navigating an MSO/PC healthcare model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare finance roles.
• Experience with national health plans/payors and payer contracting.
• MSO/PC healthcare model experience required.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Understanding of unit economics and reimbursement in healthcare.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute.
• Excellent communication to non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a part-time/fractional 1099 contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive financial strategy and business planning for growth.
• Analyze payer contracts, reimbursement structures, and financial implications of deals.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and rolling financial plans.
• Provide financial leadership within an MSO/PC model and collaborate with clinical/operational teams.
• Improve financial reporting, dashboards, and controls as the organization scales.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to translate data into actionable insights.
