Job summary

Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to be a key member of our Devices Finance Reverse Logistics team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will partner with business and finance leaders to build financial models, forecast returns and warranty expenses, and drive data-informed decision making.

You will own the data strategy for monthly/quarterly reviews and deliver insights that enable partners to act with confidence, while collaborating across product lines and executives to achieve cost-out and performance goals.

Qualifications

5+ years in tax, finance or analytical field.
5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.
6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
5+ years building financial and operational reports for decision-making.
5+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
5+ years driving cross-functional initiatives for financial performance.

Responsibilities

Build models to forecast returned units and warranty expense.
Create break-even analyses to guide end-of-repair decisions.
Establish and track cost-out goals; run monthly cost-out reviews.
Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close processes.
Develop models/metrics and prepare commentary for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews.
Develop scalable financial processes to support the business.
