CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to lead planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for the Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy. You will partner with finance and business leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.

The role requires strong financial acumen, collaboration, and communication skills, with high visibility across the organization and opportunities to influence key decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
• Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.
