Job summary

A fast-scaling biomarker testing company in Indiana is seeking a Finance Lead to manage the entire finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a venture-backed environment, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to manage multi-entity accounting across European jurisdictions. This role involves direct collaboration with founders and leadership, driving liquidity planning, and fostering investor relations. A high ownership mentality and proficiency in English and German are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience leading finance or accounting for a venture-backed company.
• Experience with multi-entity structures and transfer pricing across Europe.
• Strong command of business planning and investor materials.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance and accounting function.
• Build and improve financial models and investor reporting.
• Manage accounting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee liquidity planning and cash flow management.
