Junction is building the data-driven finance backbone for a healthcare data infrastructure startup. We seek a first dedicated finance leader who can own FP&A, reporting, and governance, partnering with the CEO and other leaders to shape growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related operating finance role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to influence decisions.
• Strong modeling/analytic skills, linking outcomes to drivers.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies building financial systems.
• Builder mindset with broad ownership of the finance function.
• Hands-on with data, modeling, processes, and cross-functional work.
• Strong communication to non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning new areas of finance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Modeling: own the financial model, budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Strategic Business Partnership: partner with CEO and leaders to evaluate growth, pricing, and unit economics.
• Business Performance & Visibility: establish KPIs and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Own Finance Operations: oversee accounting, close, cash management, tax coordination, and external partners.
• Build the Finance Function: design processes, tools, and controls to scale with the business.
