• Experience partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for facilities.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with plant/commercial leaders to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Develop financial models to support long-term planning and capital decisions.
• Ensure internal controls and accurate financial reporting; manage working capital initiatives.
