Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or FP&A.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with M&A diligence and quality of earnings analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Franchise or multi-unit industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for new strategic initiatives, including business cases, return analyses, and scenario planning.
• Lead early-stage financial diligence on acquisition targets, including review of quality of earnings reports, historical financials, and franchisee performance data.
• Support valuation, integration planning, and post-close financial integration efforts.
• Track and reconcile costs related to strategic initiatives, capital projects, and investments against budget.
• Prepare monthly investor reporting packages and support development of quarterly board materials.
• Partner with Accounting and Treasury to support sponsor and lender reporting requirements.
• Lead annual regulatory and compliance reporting initiatives.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain agendas and presentations for monthly management reporting meetings.
• Support the long-range plan and maintain pro forma financials, as needed.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Strategic Finance, this individual will play a critical role in supporting investor and lender reporting and ad-hoc strategic finance initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Initiatives & M&A
