Outsourced CFO Pty is seeking a dynamic, analytical Financial Manager to lead our client’s finance department. You will oversee all financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure rigorous compliance and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities include financial strategy & reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, audits, and governance. You will partner with senior management, supervise the finance team, and manage Pastel-based systems administration.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience in financial management or accounting.
• Strong systems administration capabilities; Pastel experience is essential.
• Robust understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with high-volume periods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Analyse market trends to identify expansion opportunities and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Drive cashflow planning and manage inter-account transfers.
• Ensure VAT reconciliations, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Supervise staff responsible for financial reporting and budgeting.
