Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a senior finance leader for Global Compounds & Dimex, guiding accounting, FP&A, and business support across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will drive monthly closes, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.

The role partners with executives to analyze performance, lead cost accounting improvements, and support M&A integration. Requires 10+ years in manufacturing finance, CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance teams in manufacturing.
• Proven track record with US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Strong cost accounting and standard costing knowledge.
• Experience with plant-level performance analysis.
• Experience with M&A integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and analytics to Global Compounds & Dimex across regions.
• Partner with commercial and operations leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee monthly close per US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Coordinate budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Support internal/external audits and process improvements.
