Job summary

Westlake Chemical Corporation seeks a Senior Finance Leader for Global Compounds & Dimex, partnering with commercial and operational teams across NA, Europe, and Asia. You will drive robust financial analysis, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, and oversee budgeting and forecasting for global sites.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting with manufacturing cost accounting expertise, plus leadership experience, and familiarity with SAP/BPC/JDE.

Qualifications

BS in Accounting or equivalent with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Strong cost accounting knowledge in manufacturing (standard costing, variance analysis, inventory).
10+ years supervisory/management experience leading accounting/finance teams.
Experience with SAP/BPC/JDE and related reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Provide senior financial leadership and strategic business partner support across Global Compounds & Dimex.
Oversee monthly close per US GAAP and ensure SOX controls and internal controls compliance.
Coordinate and lead budget, forecast processes, and long range planning across sites.
Drive analysis of financial results, variances, trends, and key drivers for executive management.
Support M&A activities and integration with Westlake model.
