Qualifications

• Interest in leveraging AI to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across expenses, headcount, and compensation.
• Partner with senior leadership on business cases, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate new initiatives, office expansions, workforce planning, and operational investments.
• Build sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations that influence business outcomes.
• Drive process improvements through data, technology, and AI-enabled finance capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and help shape long-term priorities.
