Senior Associate / Manager, Business Planning & Analysis (Strategic Finance) | NYC / Westport

A premier global investment firm is seeking a high-performing finance professional to join its Business Planning & Analysis team.

Location: NYC / Westport, CT

Schedule: 4 days in office (NYC preferred; some flexibility for exceptional CT-based candidates)

Compensation: Approximately $175K-$225K total compensation

Will partner directly with business leaders on firmwide decision-making, resource allocation, compensation planning, and long-term business strategy.

This is not a traditional FP&A reporting role. The team serves as the financial thought partner to leadership, helping evaluate investments, pressure-test business decisions, model growth initiatives, and influence how resources are deployed across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across expenses, headcount, and compensation
• Partner with senior leadership on business cases, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
