Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to build complex operating, capital, and scenario models.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, stablecoins, payments, banking, or regulated financial services.
• Experience developing forecasts, budgets, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate issues into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consolidated financial models for the Company and subsidiaries, including forecasts for key business lines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Lead quarterly re-forecast cycles and monthly management reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational performance; identify trends and variances; provide recommendations.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses around key drivers like stablecoin circulation and reserve yields.
• Develop financial analyses to support new products, partnerships, strategic initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial packages, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Partner with Accounting, Risk and Operations to forecast regulatory capital ratios and liquidity.
• Help establish scalable FP&A processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
