Hopper is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager in the United States. You will partner with leaders to forecast performance, build rigorous models, and guide strategic decisions. The role emphasizes SQL/BigQuery, AI tooling, and clear communication with senior leadership and the CFO.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in finance-related roles, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. A finance/economics degree is required, with MBA/CFA as a plus.

Formación

• 4+ years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic finance or FP&A
• Advanced financial modeling: three-statement models, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Excellent communication to non-finance partners and to senior leaders
• Working knowledge of SQL or ability to pick up technical tools quickly
• Hands-on use of AI tools to automate repetitive work

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain integrated financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Evaluate economics of new commercial agreements and shape deal terms
• Support fundraising, M&A and capital allocation decisions
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast and contribute to budget and long-range plan
• Lead reviews of actuals vs. plan, explain variances, flag risks and opportunities
• Prepare executive‑, board‑ and investor‑ready materials
