Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to own the Expanded Core P&L, build models, and drive forecasting and reporting. You will work closely with Expanded Core leadership and the Data team to source data, validate accuracy, and translate results into a compelling strategic narrative for senior leadership and investors.

You will lead end-to-end financial ownership for a major business segment, mentor junior team members, and shape investment decisions through rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance/economics/statistics or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A/strategic finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• SQL proficiency; self-serve data warehouse access.
• Data fluency; able to spot anomalies and articulate root causes.
• Experience owning a P&L segment; forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present to senior leaders.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Expanded Core P&L and supporting financial models (revenue, COGS, gross margin, headcount, Opex).
• Build and maintain SQL queries to support financial models; validate data.
• Identify data anomalies; partner with Data team to fix root causes.
• Lead Expanded Core forecasting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Address ad hoc finance questions with clear, defensible analyses.
• Translate numbers into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product leads on revenue, headcount, and opex decisions; demonstrate ROI.
• Tell the Expanded Core economics story to senior leadership and investors.
