Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sr. Staff Financial Management - ADP Business Mgr to lead as the Business Management Lead for the JADO/ABMS portfolio, shaping capture strategies and guiding financial execution across advanced programs.

You will provide day-to-day leadership across proposal development, contract execution, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience driving proposal artifacts (cost volumes, approval packages) and reviews.
• Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets.
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) execution and surveillance.
• Experience in Return on Sales/Orders/Sales/Earnings/Cash assessments and projections.
• Experience working across organizational boundaries to ensure goals are achieved.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Business Management Lead for the JADO/ABMS ADP portfolio.
• Provide financial leadership across the full program lifecycle including proposals, contracts, estimating, FP&A, EVMS.
• Develop, analyze, and report key financial metrics to support decisions.
• Support EPPs, EAC planning, and program financial ground rules.
• Prepare contractual deliverables such as IPMRs and funding reports.
• Identify cost improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, contracts, supply chain, estimating, and program management.
