Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management in a DoW/government environment.
• Forecasting orders, sales, EBIT, and cash within FP&A.
• Discretionary resource management including overhead, capital and new business funds.
• Experience with DoW acquisition processes and shaping business strategy across the lifecycle.
• Previous leadership in a highly dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy development and execution for a diverse portfolio of programs.
• Lead forecasting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash.
• Drive program performance and discretionary resource management to meet targets.
• Develop staffing strategies and ensure teams are properly staffed and trained.
