Job summary

MassMutual in Springfield, MA or Boston, MA is seeking a Head of BP&AD Expense Management and Analytics to lead strategic finance for BP&AD, partnering with SEM and BP&AD Finance to drive forecasting, reporting, and cost efficiency.

You will build driver-based models, oversee a team of 5, and influence ELT-level decisions through data-driven insights, AI-enabled reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance or actuarial
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders across a matrixed organization
• Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities
• Experience with financial forecasting and quarterly closes

Responsibilities

• Drive and support strategic expense initiatives with cost-savings focus
• Design, model and analyze driver-based expense forecasts
