Job summary

Kluber Architects + Engineers seeks a Finance & HR Manager to oversee financial and human resources functions, guiding budgeting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow reporting, financial analysis, and monthly financial reporting.

You will also oversee HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years in finance, accounting, business operations, or human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Paychex and Deltek is preferred; strong Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance and human resources operations for Kluber A+E.
• Manage financial reporting, including project revenue projections, work-in-progress tracking, month-end close, reconciliations, and monthly statements.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership and Aeterna Group’s finance and HR teams on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee office operations with the Office Manager and manage vendor relations.
• Lead HR functions: payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, performance reviews, employee relations.
• Develop and maintain HR and office policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, emergency, and security protocols.
• Participate as a leadership team member, providing operational input.
