Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting, finance, and HR activities of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and month/year end closings.
• Coordinate with outside accounting firm and tax filings.
• Develop HR policies and administer benefits like health insurance and 401k.
