Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, growth analytics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with understanding of customer economics and investment returns.
• Ability to work directly with data and build financial models, using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Experience making growth investment decisions across consumer and enterprise demand generation.
• Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and driving actions with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer economics and investment recommendations to guide acquisition, retention, pipeline growth, and marketing spend.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth to scale growth initiatives and determine required resources.
• Build models and analyses to guide investments and track evolving plans.
• Collaborate with data and business teams to strengthen measurement and attribution of marketing activity.
• Take ownership of strategic questions across GTM and provide clear recommendations.
