Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, business administration, or office management.
• Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Workday, QuickBooks) and experience with accounts receivable, procurement, and vendor processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, billing and collections for sponsors and third parties.
• Ensure procurement compliance and manage vendor/contract coordination.
• Support external campus event space rentals from inquiry through execution.
• Monitor budgets and provide reporting to Finance leadership.
