Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Finance Early Talent Program Manager to lead internship and rotational programs, developing finance talent and a robust leadership pipeline across locations. You will partner with Finance and HR to align programs with business goals, manage performance, and drive development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
8+ years in finance, leadership development, or early career program management.
Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and administration of finance internship and rotational programs.
Partner with Finance and HR to identify talent needs and succession planning.
Coach participants and managers; monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Build university and external partner relationships to strengthen the pipeline.
