Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Finance Early Talent Program Manager to lead development and execution of finance internships and rotational programs across locations. You will shape the early career pipeline, oversee participant development, program operations, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a best-in-class experience aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in finance, leadership development, talent development, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts; ability to coach and develop finance talent.
Demonstrated experience leading complex programs and driving results through influence and collaboration.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees across various career stages.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall strategy, execution, and administration of Finance internship and rotational programs.
Partner with Finance and HR leaders to identify talent needs, development priorities, and succession planning opportunities.
Manage participant performance, career development, coaching, and progression through the program.
