Siemens is seeking a Finance Director of Operations — Systems East based in the United States, with options in North Atlanta, GA or Spartanburg, SC. You will partner with the Director of Operations — Systems East to drive KPI reporting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across the Systems plants.

This role demands 10+ years in Finance/Operations Finance, deep SAP FI/CO expertise, and strong manufacturing KPI knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance/ Operations Finance.
• In depth knowledge of SAP (FI/CO).
• Deep professional know-how in manufacturing measurements and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations leadership to drive strategic measures and KPI reporting.
• Oversee planning, accounting, and reporting of costs including EVA and Gross Profit.
• Manage commercial activities of Systems plants and align with management.
• Drive digitalization, standardization and productivity improvements.
• Prepare presentations for executives and lead ad hoc analyses.
• Develop and mentor team members to ensure long-term targets.
