Job summary

Harbor Health Services, Inc. seeks a Finance Director to support the Elder Service Plan (PACE). You will manage a small team, ensure accurate revenue reimbursements, and collaborate with senior leadership on regulatory and financial reporting. You will drive annual budgeting and optimize vendor contracts.

You will oversee Medicare Part D, risk adjustment and Medicaid cost reporting, and serve as finance business partner to the SVP. Strong Excel skills and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• Five years of work experience in a managed care plan including two years managing staff required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365 including Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in database management, navigation, and utilization.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement principles including Medicare and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Leads the annual budget process for the Elder Service Plan PACE program.
• Analyzes monthly budget-to-actual variances and provides financial reports to leadership.
• Analyzes utilization and medical expense data and recommends changes.
• Manages the Medicare Part D bid, reporting and compliance.
• Recruits, hires, supervises and retains all Finance Dept. staff.
