Job summary

Edenbridge Health, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Finance Director to lead the finance function for PACE4DC, LLC and subsidiaries. The role oversees budgeting, cash management, audit, tax, forecasting and internal controls, ensuring CMS/DHCF reporting compliance and timely financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA or equivalent, 8–10 years of financial leadership experience in healthcare or capitated provider organizations, and the ability to drive policy and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting practices.
• Experience with capitated provider organizations and health plans (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and payroll entries.
• Prepare Medicare Part D process with consultant.
• Review CMS memos and update internal policies accordingly.
• Coordinate pace budget, forecasts and departmental budgets.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training.
• Ensure internal controls and audit preparation.
