Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or finance; MBA highly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning or Operations or Analysis or related corporate finance fields.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (HFM, Hyperion, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain planning and analysis capability to provide senior leadership with analytical tools to set goals and measure performance.
• Prepare financial analyses in areas such as revenue, expenses, working capital, and investments.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accurate reporting.
• Partner with CFO and senior leadership to establish accounting policies and procedures.
